Why we like L-Carnitine

L-Carnitine has been the most consistent performing fat-burner supplement in the industry for three decades. But what is it?

Put simply, L-Carnitine is an Amino acid (building block of protein) which is naturally created in the liver and kidneys and is stored mainly in the bodies muscle.  This means it is completely natural and supplementing with it is completely safe and larger doses of it in the system has amazing benefits even beyond fat-loss.

What about weight loss?  Does it work?  Well, yes and no.  The truth is L-Carnitine only has significant benefits if you are already in calorie deficit.  Eat McDonalds and chocolate all day and it is basically useless.  However, if you are ticking the right boxes L-Carnitine will assist in the transportation of fat cells in the body to be used as fuel.
